Hi readers,

I am here to blog today and also for the last time before i go to a far away offshore island away from Singapore.

First of all my feeling now is quited mixed. I am feeling both excited and also curious and sad. Excited cause going to go to somewhere where I have never been before and going meet need buddies and do military stuff then I may/may not have tried before.

Curious is because I am not sure what I would be doing and facing and also who I would meet and stuff likethat.

Sad is I am going leave my familiy and friends and go camp on this offshore island and also I won't have much freedom there as compared to as home and outside.

Latest Update - Finally!

Hi fellow readers,

I am ones again back to blogging after a long long time.

Ok let me start with a long long time ago there was......

Lol. Ok let start ..........

Recently was sick >.<>

Recently did not train up as I am sick >.<. Hope my stamina and strength is still at an acceptable level. Everytime wanna go train is either not feeling well or lack motivation. Haiz... Anyway hope that go in NS everything would be fine.

Went to quite a few event with my poly buddies. One of them and the most memorable one was the Ice-cream Buffet. Why? Cause we ate too much cakes at the beginning and in the end was too full and the cakes were to sweet and we were not much of a sweet-tooth. So for those who are going for the Swensen Ice-cream Buffet, beware, remember not to eat too much cakes at the start. Go for the waffles and pancakes and ice-cream first.

My Polymates and I also went for the Games Convention Asia (GCA) at Suntec City. It was a fun and interesting outing as we get to see the latest and have a sneak preview of some yet to be release games. We also had fun playing the different games at the IAHGames booth. We were suppose to sign up for a IAHGames account and then play 4 different games in order to get 4 stamps to participate in the lucky draw which stands us a chance to win a gaming laptop and other interesting prizes!

The 4 different games includes the shooting game where were were suppose to stand a distance from the target board and shoot the target using a toy gun, the blowing up game where we were suppose to blow up some toy. The guessing card game where we were suppose to guess where the card lands after the Game Master swap the 3 cards. Last but not least is the Soccer game where we were suppose to be goal keepers and prevent the ball from going into the goal post.

After going to the GCA we went to the Food Festivals to grab something to eat. There were really a lot of different varities of food from the different countries around the world.

Well, this post sort of summaries the activities I did for the past weeks. Hope you guys have fun reading the posts in my blog.

Outing to Bugis and Street Fighter

Hi guys,

I am back to blog. Today went to bugis new shopping mall with wx and james. I had fun playing the Street fight 4 game and manage to win 1 round with a person who challenged me lol. Tyco win ba lol. But is was damn fun lol.

Then alvin came and join us and play with wx in blaze blue and then alvin left earlier to meet someone lol. Anyway then wx continue to play and there was a sudden power shortage! Woot first time i encounter such stuff sia. And then wx kana refund 2 tokens to replay.

But then we observe the game still will auto shut down so the person told wx to play other game.
Then after that we went to eat at a Asian restaurant. I ate the pork fried rice and wx ate luncheon fried rice while james ate prawn fried rice. The fried rice was okok nia. Much like outside de lor so nothing special. Should have ate at other restaurant instead.

After that we went to kinokuniya walk walk and then walk walk around bugis shopping mall and then went to eat ice cream at mac. Then we took mrt home ler.

Graduation @ NYP & Chalet & East Coast Park

Hi people,

Going to blog about the NYP graduation and Chalet @ East Coast Park today.

29th May 2009 marks a memorable day for me as I have offiicially graduated from NYP with a diploma with merit in Multimedia & Infocomm Technology. I also manage to get a HP award for outstanding project work. I wish to each and every NYP lecturer whom have taught me before and also Mr. Anthony Szeto for guiding me along for my FYP.

At the NYP graduation ceremony I saw alot of familiar faces again however did not really took a alot of pictures with my friends as I was busy finding my parents to take picture with them and my also my teacher. Special Thank to me Chinese Teacher , Miss Soh for taking time off from her busy schedule to come to the graduation ceremony. Also special thank to Mr. Oliver Tan for taking time off to withness the graduation ceremony. I am sorry as I did not really take picture and chat with him as I could not find him.

After the graduation ceremony, I went home to rest abit before heading off to the chalet. Its was really a fun chalet afterall although we did not have alot of outdoor activites besides playing soccer and "monkey" with the soccer ball.

Special thank to Kim bf "daniel" for bring the xbox360 and drums and guitar for guitar hero as we had alot of fun playing with the guitar hero and the others games in xbox360 like street fighter.

I also ate alot of fastfood while at the chalet for breakfast lunch and dinner lol. We ate Subway,Mac,PastaMania for the past 3 days and I am glad i did not get sick after the chalet lol cause of all the fastfood i ate lol.

Didn't sleep much at the chalet and woke up on the second day at around 5am to wake sunrise but did not catch it as we headed to the wrong direction. Then on the last day, we woke up at 6am and walked all the way to watch sunrise. This time also did not really see a nice view of the sunrise but we took alot of pictures of the surrounding and the sky and the clouds too lol.

Anway how times flies when we are really fun. The graduation ceremony ended and 3 days of chalet also had passed. But life have to go on... Hope to have more fun and stuff next time =]

You are not Stupid

Hi Bloggers,

Today suddenly have the urge to blog so here I am. Going discuss the topic on a person being dumb or stupid today.

Had you ever been scolded dumb/stupid by your parents/ friends/ teachers before? I bet alot of you would. But are you dumb/stupid? Or are you just sick of studying something you have no interest in or maybe you are just lazy.

Well i can assure you that you are indeep NOT Stupid/dumb. Personally I think that every human beings being borned to earth is smart in one way or another and has a reason for being borned here. It is up to you to discover your reason for being here and also your strength and talents.

Everyone has their weakness and the reason you are borned to earth may be as simple as bringing smiles to the children or it may be something big like inventing something to change the world to a better place to live in. Wheather the reason, you are here for a reason so treasure the time while you are here.

I personally think that every students are smart and not stupid or dumb, the reason why students get into EM3, normal stream etc is simple because they have no interest in what they are doing or simple because lazyness has overtaken them.

Everyone is talented and smart in their own way. For instance, someone not good in studying might be talented in cooking and would be a fantastic chef when he/she grows up. On the other hand, someone who fails everyone of his/her exam might grow up to become a musician who composes and play music that touches other's hearts.

So if you think you are stupid or dumb or someone says that you are stupid or dumb, you should take it as a compliment to work harder and find your true interest and talent as everyone is talented and gifted in one way or another.

Graduation Thoughts

Roger is back to blog! Before i share with you guys on my graduation thoughts, I would like to thank all of you for taking your time to visit me blog=] Thank.

Its merely 2 weeks before graduation! 3 years of poly life have ended in the blink of an eyes. There are many ups and downs that I encountered while studying in NYP and also somethings i regretted not doing.

For instance I have regretted not have help out my friends more when they need it. If i would have offer more of my help to them, they would be able to get better result and also they can learn more too and not getting too stress.

I also regretted for throwing my temper at some of my friends sometimes during my life in NYP as I am really stress-up with work or simply because I was in a bad mood.

However 1 thing i never regretted is to get into my course: Multimedia & Infocomm Technology (MIT) in Nanyang Poly (NYP). Thoughout this course, I learned alot of useful technical knowledge like creating websites, programming, desiging, network etc. etc. Last time i was not really a IT person who knows nut about IT. Now, after going through 3 years of studies in NYP, I am glad to say I have learned alot about IT and is able to make IT work for me in one way or the other.

I am also glad that my communication skills improved greatly, I was a quiet person last time who did not really speak up. But now, I am able to stand infront of the class to deliver presentation and also better communicate with different people at different time and in different places.

Last but not least, I have also made a batch of great friends and buddies while studying in NYP. We went through the different ups and downs together. We shared our problems with each other and talk about anything under the sun with each other and also shared our joy and laughter with each other. Althought how stress we may get, we would help each other to overcome the pressure of work with some jokes and of course sometimes I do go overboard with the jokes. I am sorry if i hurt any of you with the things i said as I did not mean it...

As for the graduation ceremony, its on 29th May 2009 and I am honoured to be able to invite 2 of my teachers for the graduation ceremony and also I am excited to receive my HP Singapore Award for outstanding project achievement on that day.

I believe that its every poly student dream to be standing on stage to get their diploma and also winning an award is an added bonus.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who have helped me along during my poly days, expecially the lecturers in NYP who have taught me before. They would guide me along while I have diffculties with my work and also spend time for additional lesson with us before the exams. They would always be there when I need help and guide me along.

I would also like to thank all my friends with have helped mi along while i encountered problems in school. I believe that good friends helped each other when there is trouble and share the happiness together. I am lucky to have made a great bunch of friends and buddies in my poly life and i believe our friendship would last even after we graduate.

Graduation Gown And some Random Pic

Hi Guys,

I am back to blogging today! It about 2 weeks more before the Graduation Ceremony and I am just so excited! I bet everyone would be excited on their graduation day.

Ok So today Me, EC and James went back to NYP to rent our Graduation Gown, It consist on the graduation gown itself + the collar thingy + the bag to contain the graduation gown and collar and of course a hanger >.<.

Wondering how the graduation gown looks like? Here is a picture of it that I took lol.

After renting our graduation gown we went to a empty tutorial room and try it on lol. Damn weird holding the gown and walking down blk S to the tutorial room. Anyway we tried the graduation gown on and it fit nicely =] althought its was hard figuring out how to wear the gown at first as its just too long lol. Then later also have a hard time folding it back and puting it back into the bag lol.

After trying our the graduation gown we went home ler lol. Tomorrow going NUS and NTU for their event lol.

Hi guys,

Today I gtg do a blog game. Well I think its not a new game as I have seem people doing it on their blog before and i find it interesting so I shell modify the game abit and post it in my blog for all to play.

Ok here is how the game goes. Firstly I will set some question and the 5 people who are tag with these questions must answer those questions in their blog and tag another 5 bloggers to do these questions in their blog and the cycle continues =]

As it is only fair that everyone has a portion of the country money and also if the people are able to think that you are helping them then they would be more willing to follow your instruction and also go to work. I also think that starting a business is good as it would allow the citizen to have more jobs and also expand the business in the country although there may be risk involved in starting a business too.

Which type of movies do you like to watch most?

I personally like watching action-thriller movies like those jackie chan movies as they are always so exciting and full of actions. There is never a null moment to the movie.

My 20th Birthday

Hi guys,

Roger is back! Today was a special day for me as it was my birthday!

Went out to school to get my poly final semester result in the morning before rushing to Suntec to eat the Porridge Buffet. The food there not bad la and of course price is reasonable, $9.80 and can eat from 11am to 3pm lol.

Then we went to Arcade to play the games there and after that went to walk around suntec where i meet my secondary school friends, long time nv meet them ler, very coincendence to be able to meet them at marina square.

Oh ya! We also saw Mediacorp people filming a show at marina while we were leaving marina square and heading towards suntec.

Then we walk around suntec and Wei Xiong, James and EC brought mi a shirt for my brithday. Thank alot guys for the birthday gift. Well the shirt design ah... hmmm... u ask them lor lol.

Ok.. Then we went to the Food Festival at Suntec and it was really a Food Paradise there! When we first went in I met Mr Oliver Tan. My NCC Sir during Secondary school! What a Coincendence to be able to meet him!

Back to the Food Festival, there were really alot of delicious looking food there! From Chinese food to Japanese food to Norya food and not forgetting the snack like Durian Puff and Durian Pancake to drinks and desert. If you are a food lover then it a must go for u!

Last but not least I wanna thank everyone for the Birthday Wishes and also the presents u guys had given me. Thank you!

What a Day!

Hey Bloggers,

Roger is back to blog! I know, I Know my blog has not been updated for quite some time. Well been lazy to update it lol and also not alot to blog about. Quite a lot of stuff happened for the past few weeks/months. But I will not blog about them today.

Today let me blog about my trip to NUS. Basically Me, James and EC decided to go to NUS Open House today and we took the free shuttle bus from Dover to NUS.

We didn't really know why we go there as we had already registered a course in NUS and NTU but we just went there for fun i guess lol.

When we align at NUS we were greeted by the friendly students of NUS and gotten a Goodie Bag each. Then we walked into the Open House area and then after going in we went out shortly after as our stomach were growling. It was already noon and so we decided to go for lunch at Subway in NUS lol.

So we took the free NUS shuttle bus to Subway in NUS itself and while waiting for the bus we saw there is also free Shuttle Bus to West Coast Mall which is one of the new Mal in Bukit Batok and we decided to take the free shuttle bus to West Coast Mall after lunch which is like >.< as we did not really go for the Open House event nor did we attend any talks as we had applied for the course we wanted and attended quite afew NUS talk already.

So after lunch we waited like an idoit for like 30 mins and when the free shuttle bus to west coast mall arrive we did not manage to get up the bus as it did not stop althought I did wave and I think the bus did not meant to stop there at NUS stop >.<

So we took a shuttle bus out to Dover MRT and then took MRT to Dhoby Ghast to play LAN. Then when we arrive at Dhoby Ghast, I remember there is an IT Show at Suntec, so i asked EC and James wheather they want to go and they said ok. So we continue to take a train from Dhoby back to City Hall.

When we arrive at City Hall we walked thought City Link and was totally sianx when we saw the crowd at City Link when we haven even reach Suntec. We knew that we would be stuck in the crowd for sometime and decided to just get out of city link by walking up the stairs into the unknown.

So after climbing up the stairs we relized we were out of City Link and into the street! We were not sure where we are and we just walked by using our instinct hoping to be able to walked to Dhoby Ghast.

After walking for like some distance we relized that we are walking the wrong way. Luckily I installed the google map application on my phone and we used it to navigate our way to Dhoby Ghast which is like a Journey from City Hall to Dhoby Ghast as we walked the long way to Dhoby Ghast and we took about an Hour or so to reach Dhoby Ghast which we could have done in about 30 mins or so if we knew the short-cut. We are like walking the long way round to Dhoby Ghast and we treated ourself as some RPG game characters using our Gadget (Google Map application in handphone) to navigate our way to Dhoby.

During the process of our journey to Dhoby, we walked by 3 Museum, namely The Mint Museum of Toys, Pernakan Museum and The National Museum of Singapore. We even walked till Font Canning Park and the Registration of Marriage place there.

When we arrive at Dhoby its already quite late and we decided to go to The Cathay near Dhoby to play LAN. To our dispointment the LAN shop was full and we did not get to play. So we walked back to Dhoby.

Today really is a day of traveling into the unknown and also with alot of waiting and walking and no objective at all.

Well its indeed a trip I would remember and also this trip lets me know more about SG road and stuff lol. Its a great workup too lol.

A Happy Lunar New Year

It has been some time since my last post. Today i am back to post ones again!

Ok so been to esplanade last sunday to watch NYP Sinfonia 2009 Concert. It is my first time going to the esplanade to watch a concert although the esplanade had been built for some time already. The NYP Sinfonia 2009 concert was simply a blast with a showcase of talent from the NYP Symphony Orchestra, NYP Voice Ensemble & NYP SoundCard.

I took some pictures of the esplanade and will post it up at the end of this post.

As for today, went to buy new year stuff with my dad and help my dad with the housework and stuff. I think most of you guys must be busy too helping to do housecleaning, buying chinese new year stuff or just to look after your brothers/sister.

I have come out with a list of stuff that most people will do during Chinese New Year:

Spring Cleaning (To clean the house and welcome the new year)

NYP Open House 2009

Hi guys,
I am back! Today going blog about NYP Open House 2009 which happened during 8 to 10 jan 2009. It was a really memorable event for me as I my project was featured on the open house as one of the exhibits. It would be my last semester in NYP and so i am really glad to be able to help out in NYP Open House although i have to sacrified 3 days of my lab time.

During the NYP Open House, I helped out in the auditorium explain my project to the visitors and of couse introducing them to the couse that I am currently studying, Multimedia & Infocomm Technology. Bascially this course you would be able to learn different things from Programming to Designing to Networking. It is really a great course for those students who does not really know where they are going as you get to learn different things from Programming to Networking and then specilised only in your third year of study.

NYP also had it first night open house this year on friday 9 Jan, 6 to 10pm. It was the first time I had seem NYP so lively with lots of people and performance at night. Actually NYP is really beautiful at night when the lights are on and of course with the noise of the students and visitors and the sound effect from the performance, what more can you ask for? I will post some pictures of NYP at night for you guys at the end of the post and also other interesting pictures I gotten from James and some which I took myself.

Oh ya, did i mention the Campus Superstar Contestents (CSS) and Hosts came to NYP Open House 2009! Yes they did! The CSS Contestents and Hosts came on 10 Jan (Sat) which was yesterday at about 2pm and I manage to watch them live at NYP! I have to sat Felicia is really Pretty on TV and even Prettier when you see her in real life! The rest of the hosts for CSS namely Pornsak, Yuan Shuai & Li Teng also came! So remember to Stay tune to Ch U this coming Monday (12 Jan), 8 to 9 pm for the Campus Superstar 2009.

Last but not least, hope everyone who went to the NYP Open House 2009 enjoyed themselves and of course get useful information about the different courses and had fun in the games and performance.

A New Year, A Busy Year? A Great Year?

I am back to post. Today is the 3th day of 2009, time really flies. I am going to graduate soon and also going to NS soon.

Thinking back, the most memorable experience was the time during my NCC days in secondary school where I marched and trained with my fellow cadets and friends.

It has been a busy period for me with FYP and of course Napfa training and of course a lot other activites like preparing for NYP open house next week.

Really hope that year 2009 would be a great year and of course Wish everyone would enjoy the last phase of Poly Life and treasure everyone around you.

Last but not least, good luck to everyone and hope that year 2009 is a good one for all.

The New Year is Here!! Wishing everyone a Happy New Year. May all your New year Resolution become true and Hope 2009 is a better year for everyone.

Thinking back of year 2009, alot of stuff happened and some of them includes the most grand event of the year the Bejing Olympic 2008 which was held in China-Bejing at the "BirdNest" there and where Singapore Won back its gold Medals.

There was also the F1 Car racing held in Singapore which stir up a craze for F1 car Racing.

Not to forget, there was also alot of other events which includes the AIA case and also natural diasters happening all over the world.

Last but not least is the economic recession near the end of year 2008 and of course is still yet to recover.

Last but not least, It's now year 2009!! Let forget about all the Past unfountunate events and may 2009 bring joy to everyone in the world =]

Napfa Test

Hi Guys,

I am back to blog! Actually I wanted to post this post yesterday but I was really very tired after the Napfa Test so i came to post this first thing in the morning today.

Yesterday took my Napfa Test at NYP Stadium and I was very glad and shocked when I was told I got a silver for Napfa Test. However the silver award did not come easy, it was the many weeks of training at school and of course the extra weight training that enables me to achieve a Napfa Silver Award.

Firstly I want to thank all the instructors that have guided us and given us training, especially the instructor that pace me yesterday during the 2.4km run. If he did not motivate and push me on and pace me, I think I would not have achieve the Napfa Silver Award. I sincerely thank him for all his help and guidance for the Napfa Test.

Secondly, I would like to sincerely thank Miss Lily Soh for organsing the Napfa Training for us. The Napfa training really benefited me and I have feedback from my friends that their overall fitness have improved. Hope that you guys would Jiayou and continue training to pass your Napfa too.

Last but not least, hope you guys enjoy this year Xmas and New Year. Xmas Eve is today and I wish everyone a Merry Xmas and Happy New Year.

The Boys' Brigade Sharity Gift Box 2008 Opening Ceremony

Hi Guys,

Roger is back to blog ones again after spending my first week in school doing FYP.

Yesterday (Friday, 28 Nov) I took a half day leave from FYP to support the BBSGB Opening Ceremony @ the opening space outside Takashimaya. It wad really a splendid event with quite a lot coming over to watch the opening ceremony.

When Wen Bin & I reach there, we saw a lot of familiar faces and the first person i saw was Joseph. Then I also saw Sern Khoon, Oi Lam, Fiona and the other BB staff..... It was great to see them ones again.

The opening ceremony started with the pipes and drums performance by the BB Boys and they are really good with their pipes and drums and brought some great performance to the audience and attract more people to the opening ceremony.

Next was a Speech regarding BBSGB and soon after the speech came our Singapore President Mr. S R NATHAN! Everyone stood up and welcome him to the BBSGB opening ceremony.

After Mr. President came, the actual opening ceremony begins and Mr President helps to launch the opening ceremony by pulling the curtain and un-reveal the window of the mainbox and I was surprised to see BB Boys smiling and waving to us when the Mainbox window opens. It was really an interesting opening ceremony although it was a bit short but it was overall a successful and great opening ceremony and I was glad i came for the opening.

After the opening ceremony, me and Wen Bin went to chat with the BBSGB staff and then Fiona asked if we wanted to take some picture. She help us to take some picture and I have uploaded them here.

Last but not least, I wish BBSGB would be a very successfully one this year and Jiayou to all BBSGB staff. Gambatte!.

The Last Day of Attachment at BBSGB

Hi guys,

This is my second post about BBSGB and about my attachment.

Its the last day of attachment for me today, actually it should be yesterday but I came back to help out today(Saturday).

I have a bunch of mixed feeling in me right now. I feel Happy, Sad and excited.

I feel happy because I am able to be attached to BBSGB and also because I have 2 very kind and caring bosses, Mr. Joseph and Ms. Oi Lam. They really cared for me and teach me a lot, a lot of things while I am attached to BBSGB. I am also happy because I have made a lot of new friends and also everyone in Boys' Brigade is just so friendly and I am very happy to be working with them for the past 3 months.

I am also happy because I am attached to do a very meaniful job which is being the Project Assistant for BBSGB. As mention in the previous post, BBSGB is a yearly event to reach out to the less fortunate in Singapore by fulfilling the Xmas wishes of the needy in Singapore. I not only able to gain valuable experience and knowledge though by job but also I am doing my job at a good cost (helping the less fortunate in Singapore). So i really enjoyed working in BBSGB for the past 3 months and thank you to all my collegues and friends in BB for helping me along and caring for me while I was working in BBSGB.

The next thing that make me happy is the 2 system me and Wen Bin had developed is now beging use for BBSGB. We had made used of the skills taught to us in NYP and applied it to create the 2 system for use in BBSGB. I hope that the 2 system really benefits BBSGB and I am very happy to see the system we created goes live and seeing people using the system.

I am also happy that all my hard work in while working in BBSGB had paid off as I have receive good comments from my bosses and also collegues. I hope that really had help them lighten their workload and also contributed to BBSGB event and I hope that BBSGB event would be a very successfuly one this year!

My second feeling is I am sad to be leaving BBSGB after working there for the past 3 months. There is a saying, when you are attached to a place for sometime or someone for sometimes, relationship would be developed and it is always hard to leave a place/person after you have developed a relationship with them. However fear not, I would be going back to BB soon after everything in school have settled down and after I have taken a good rest.

I am also sad because I have to passed all my burden(jobs) to my collegues and leave during the most busy period of the project as next friday would be the opening ceremony for BBSGB. I hope that my collegues would Jiayou and also remember to take care of their health =]

The next reason for me to feel sad is because I have to go back to school and get stuck in this fish-tank doing my FYP. I just hope that I would be able to get a project that matches my interest and also a kind and understanding lecturer in charge (officer) like the 2 bosses I had while working in BBSGB.

I am also sad because I did not get to go through the whole period of BBSGB as the event is going to start next week and the most exciting part starts during the actual event period.

I am also feeling excited as I am going to the next phase of poly life - FYP. I am excited about knowing what my FYP project is and also who is my lecturer in charge / officer for the FYP. I hope everything goes well and good luck to all my collegues in BB and BBSGB. Jiayou for BBSGB and make it a successfully one this year!

I am back to blogging ones again. Today going talked about the Boys' Brigade Gift Box 2008 which is the event that I have been working for in Boys' Brigade for the Past 3 months.

The Boys' Brigade Sharity Gift Box(BBSGB) is a yearly event to help bring cheers to the less fortunate in Singapore by fulfilling their Wishes for Xmas. This project is very meaningful as it not only helps the less fortunate in Singapore but also allows Singaporean to do their part for sharity by donating a gift to the needy or buying Food Items at NTUC or other Grocery Shop and giving it to the needy. BBSGB also teaches the BB Boys to care for others and let the BB Boys understand how fortunate they are compared to others and let them do their part to help the less fortunate through this BBSGB project.

I really feel that BBSGB is a meaniful and a must have project in Singapore and that why I am willing to work OT to help out in BBSGB and also to contribute to the BBSGB in one way or another.

I hope that all Singaporean out there would also help out in this BBSGB project and let our gift bring cheers to the less fotunate in Singapore this year.

Graduation

Hey Bloggers,

I am back to blogging ones again. Today going talk about graduation. Had you guys gone through graduation? Perhape graduating from Primary School after PSLE or graduating from Secondary school after O-level or even graduating from Poly or University. Graduation sounds cool because it means you are going on to the next stage of life and also telling us that you have done well enough to move on to the next level of studies.

Well, graduation to me is kinda Happy, Excited and of course there is a certain amount of sadness in it. Happy because it means i have successfully complete my level of studies and also means that i am able to move on to the next level of studies and make new friends, study in a new environment and of course bring my skills up to the next level. Excited because the path ahead of me is bright and that i am able to experience new things and learn new stuff and of course make more friends. Sad because I miss my fellow classmates, friends and good buddies. I especially miss my NCC(sea) friends as we sweat together, eat together and do alot of crazy stuff together.

I remember my previous graduation ceremony which was just before the O-Levels and our teachers each of them went on stage to speak and of course give us their support and encourage us not to give up in life and work hard for our upcoming O-Levels. Alot of us cried after hearing their word of advice as they really speak to us from their bottom of their hearts hoping that we would do well for the O-Levels and of course give it our best. I was almost in tears when the teachers that taught my class spoke and it was really a mixture of feeling at that time.

After the O-levels there was a break in between and when we get to go back to school for the last time to get our O-Level result it was the last time i get to meet some of my friends as we had sort of lost contact. However most of them i still have their contacts and we are now busy with our own lifes and seldom get to meet nor chat with each other. We mostly would msn each other to chat if we are free but most of us are really busy now at work so we seldom get to chat and i really miss the good old days when I was in secondary school as I get to meet my secondary school friends and CCA friends and my buddies almost everyday. After getting our result alot of us cried, some cried because they were overjoyed at their result while others cried as they are disspointed and sad as they did not get the result they expected.

Basically, I think that graduation is really something that will give me a mixture of feelings and is something everyone will go through sooner or later and it means that the person will go to the next level of life and make new friends and study in a new environment.

Talking about graduation, High School Musical 3: Senior Year is out in cinemas on 19 October 2008, Sunday. This time the students in High School Musical 3 is in their Senior Year and they are also going to graduate already. So lets catch this movie and see how graduation is like to them and see if the way u view graduation is the same as them.

A Public Holiday

I am back to blog today. I rarely blog during weekdays nowadays. Why? Cause I need to do my IAP and reach home mostly is evening ler and where gt mood go blog lol. Anyway since today is a public holiday and i am free so here i am to blog =]

Well if you guys are wondering what public holiday today it is. It is Hari Raya!!! Lol. Got alot food from my neighbours as usual. Every year during Hari Raya they would cooked alot of great and delicious food and baked cookies and cakes and give my family to eat, in return we would buy food hampers and food items to give them=] It like sharing and giving. My 2 neighbour all celebrate Hari Raya so you can imagine how much delicious food we would receive during Hari Raya. I must say my neighbours really knows how to cook. I really love the food that they cook and its taste better each year lol.

Today did nothing much except sleeping and playing my psp lol. Recently love watching Taiwan dramas like The-X Family(终极一家) and Hong Kong dramas like The Academy (學警雄心). I have embeded the first episodes of the X-family and a link to wikipedia on the drama "The Academy" which is showing on ch U, Mon to Fri, 10 to 11 pm.

A Fantastic & Wonderful Weekend

Hey Bloggers,

I am back to blog ones again after going through the third week of attachment. This weekend really is a fantastic, wonderful or any words u can describe how great a weekend could be. Ate alot stuff this weekend also went out to quite a few places this weekend.

Let start with friday, after a day work on friday, wen bin, james, wei xiong and I went to Lau Pat Sat near Raffles Place there to have a feast! Yeah a feast! Was like doing a food variety show on friday night lol. Walking to each store to see which food we would like to eat and eating infront of the store and then go to the next store and eat again. Lau Pat Sat Really have alot of food to eat sia. Anyway ordered the $8 pineapple rice and shared among ourself, each person only pay $2, worth it! The pineapple rice was realy delicious with the pineapple taste really blend into the rice. Then me and weixiong ate the western store chicken cutlet and wen bin and james ate the japanese store dishes. After which we change store again, this time we went outside lau pat sat to sit at the open area. Didn't know that area outside Lau Pat Sat still exist where there is alot stores selling satay and many others delicious food. Last but not least me wei xiong and wenbin each called desert to quench our thirst.

Then today, saturday, James, wei xiong, Ee chyang and me went to Suntec for the Games Covention Asia (GCA). At the GCA, we saw alot diferent games, from MMOG to classic games like King of Fighters, to those shooting games like Crysis on display. Woot really saw alot different games that i had not played before.

After going to GCA we went to Subway!!! Woot really had a superb meal there. I ordered the new creation they had, the "Tandoori Chicken". The "Tandoori Chicken" is really delicious i have to say. Finish it quite quickly and i am glad i ordered the footlong instead of 6 inch lol. Also ordered the regular combo with drinks and cookies, my favourite!! Lol.

Next we walk around suntec and orchard and then wei xiong suggested we go to Swensen for some ice cream. We went to marina Swensen and called the "earthquake" lol. Total there is 8 scope of ice cream to choose from and also different toppings were added to the ice cream to make it a perfect desert. I really have to say swensen really is a good choice to eat ice cream, the display of the ice cream was fantastic, they even put dry ice in the middle to make the illusion effect and of course increase the appearance of the ice cream. We shared the 8 scope of ice cream and tasted all the 8 different ice cream. They include, 2 types of chocolate ice cream, mango, orange, banana split, blueberry, cookies and cream and vanilla. Which is your favourite? Mine is of course cookies and cream lol. Can taste the cookies somemore lol.

After tasting the swensen ice-cream , which was very memorable as I seldom go to swensen to eat, we went to HMV at suntec to see some movies and music cds.

We walked around HMV looking at the cds and dvd for quite some time and then decided to go to orchard since its still early and we are still not hungry for dinner yet. We took the train and when we aligned at orchard, I saw Wei Xiong, Abel and Kaizhen. We stopped and chatted with them about work and stuff. It was really coincidence as Wei Xiong also saw his secondary school friends and later at orchard food court i also saw one of my secondary school friend and he is also from Nanyang Poly doing his attachment now. Oh ya! also saw Daniel while walking in the underpass linking to suntec/marina.

At orchard we went to kinokuniya to see manga and programming books since we had nothing to do and not much place to go lol. Singapore really needs to built more places for teenagers to hang out and shop sia. Anyway after which we went for dinner at Takashimaya food court. After having our dinner we went home.

This weekend is really a memorable one for me and also a fun and exciting weekend, went to eat alot stuff and also go to alot places and meet quite a few friends lol. Hope every weekend is this great! Ones again i will end my post here , seeya all soon in my blog lol.

2 Fastfood in 1 day

Woot... Its the weekend again!,

well only left 1 day if u would to ask me lol. Today went to gym with James and Wei Xiong, did some workout and muscle training. Feel really good after sweating out and much relax! Yeah exercise and have a good sweat is really good !

After gym-ing for around 2hr ++ and chit chatting about work and stuff we went decided to go to suntec as i heard there is a game convention. So off we went and took the mrt to city hall. We had out late lunch at suntec and we ate Subway!! Woot shoick!! I ordered a foot long burger... forgot the name ler but i just know gt alot turkey filling, number 4 on the subway menu lol. Then also order 2 cookies namly macadamia nut cookie and chocolate chip cookie and drinks too to go with the great food!! Really a healthy alternative for fast food if you would to ask me as compared to other fast food outlets like Mac and CJ. You can taste alot of fresh vegetables in the burger with the fresh turkey meat. Was really full after eating the footlong burger and then cannot continue eating the 2 cookie so decided to eat it later. Total cost me about $10++ for the filling and healthy meal.

After that we went to search for the game convention, then walk and walk to all the convention hall in Suntec still cannot find. Sianx!! Then later Wei Xiong call EC and relized that the game convention is next weekend start >.< Sianx 1/2. Anyway after which we decided to walk walk around marina and suntec till dinner time and went to eat another fast food! KFC!! Woot!! Ate 2 fastfood in 1 day. Not only very full but also very expensive lol. Never la when payday come then can cover ler!

After eating KFC we went to HMV and check out some movies and songs. Saw people playing Devil May Cry at the Xbox there too! It looks like a cool game to me. Too bad i dun own a XBox la!

After which we went our separate way home and here i am blogging. Time really flies when you are having fun. Luckily tomorrow is sunday and can rest another day before work. That all for today. See you guys in my blog soon. Cheers!

My First Week At Work

Hey hey Bloggers,

I am back to blog ones again after all the fun and happenings events that had past >.<>.< Anyway did quite alot of stuff during the 1 week of breaks and will blog about it all today in this longgggggggggggggggggggggggg post lol. No la not that loggggggggggggg just long.

Let's begin with the day after ITSM paper. Oh ya almost forgot what i did that day lol. Just Remembered. Basically went out with James, Li Zhi and EC to Orchard & Bugis to do shopping, but in the end we did some window shopping as none of us brought anything as the stuff in Orchard Bugis was not really what we liked. James wanted to buy a Bag and me and Li Zhi wanted to buy some new shirts, but nv really buy any as i mention earlier.

Next come the Chalet which i think all of us quite enjoy or enjoyed it alot! Lol. Really have quite alot fun during the chalet and sort of relax there after attending the IAP Briefing in the afternoon in NYP. We went straight to the Chalet in a Taxi. And when we reached there it was already late noon, coming to evening. We had our BBQ and we took quite long to start the fire as always lol. But in the end still manage to start the fire and get the BBQ started. After which we went to E-Hub to walk walk and then went back to Chalet to play our Card Majong=] Really very cool as we can play Manjong using cards, I never even knew that Card Majong existed till EC told mi about it. Also played poker card which includes Dai Di, Heart attack and Beat Wx hand game lol (Dunno what that game call la lol basically all of us try snatch for cards to make a pair then all will aim wx hand lol) After which went to have our supper at Mac in downtown east. And then back to chalet for more majong and pokers then chit chat all the way till morning.

The next day, we had a very early breakfast at Mac lol. I think we are the first customer lol. And then shortly after breakfast we went back to the chalet and slept lol. Since me wx , EC and james couldn't really sleep and we went to EHub with our umbella as its was raining, wanting to sing at KBOX, and have K-Breakfast but sadly we went there too early and the Kbox haven open yet >.< .(People must be thinking we are some siao kia walking in the rain to get to kbox early in the morning to sing lol) So went back to chalet and slept for 1 hr ++. and sleep there,went to eat lunch at SubWay. Wow its really nice the burger and of cause the Cookie. I am quite a cookie lover and really love the SubWay cookie lol. Anyway SubWay much healther then CJ so next time can go eat SubWay which is a good alternative for fastfood but a healther one. Then went home with EC.

Then today went to see our IO in school for some chit chat session and for her to brief us on the report format. After which James joined us and we went to find our workplace so that on monday won't get lost (hopefully). Then me and wenbin met the Boys Brigade person in charge and he brief us abit on our job and shown us our work place. After which went to search for the building where James is going on the first day of his work and maybe his offical work place which is really near NUS. A office in the middle of NUS lol really hidden from the hustle and bustle of the workplace. After which we went to tours around NUS. Its really a HUGE Campus!! The place is really cool with alot of students =]. After which we wanted to go to NTU to tour around as we thought we saw the NTU logo in a distant building at the Bus stop. But to our disppointement, when we walked to the building, after climbing up some hills and steps we relized that that place was not the real NUS >.<>.< Then saw that there was some contruction going on. Maybe NTU Moving there? After which we went back home after a tiring discovery trip.

Mission Complete (Exam is over!)

Hi all bloggers,

Well let me start of the post with a WOOT! lol cause Exam is finally over!! Been studying or should i say memoring for the exam for a few days ler >.<. Finally it is over! Phew! What a relieve.

Anyway today do some room cleaning, and tidy my room since its quite messy, not as messy as last time ba =] Also receive a sms about my IAP program. The person will be e-mailing me the details soon and hope that can get a good job ba=].

Been playing this new psp game called Kingdoms of Paradise. Its a action + RPG game and featuring a Chinese hero dream to average his parents death.

Basically the game has alot of actions in battle where you can collect these scrolls and use them to make a combo skills. Those skills can then be used in battle againist the enemy. Really like the swinging of the sword and the skills. The gameplay is really fantastic with all the swordplay. Well got to enjoy my 1 week of holiday before IAP. And of course going for chalet soon so hope can really relax during this one week and enjoy myself to the fullest =]

Singapore First Olympic Medal

I am back to blog ler!! Firstly I would like to congrat Team Singapore for Winning an Olympic silver medal and maybe a Gold in the finals of the women Table Tennis Match on Sunday.

It has been over 20 years since Singapore had won a medal in the Olympic and since it is a World Competition its is really a momentum moment for Singapore and all Singaporeans =]

The women table tennis match started today at 2.30pm on Channel 5 and I was watching it for almost the 5 matches which lasted more then 3 hours altogether which end at around 6.30pm. Anyway the matches were very intersive and every match get more intensify. Singapore faces Korea for all the 5 matches with 1 double match and the rest were single matches. Korea is reallya strong competitior for Singapore as shown by there superb skills in the game. However Singapore is no less superb. The skills of the Singapore team is as comparable to the Korea which had won us the Silver medal in the Women Table Tennis for now. The final would be this coming sunday I think.

As everyone can see from the matches that Singapore Silver Medal didn't come by chance but by our Singapore Table Tennis Player Hard work in training and its all paid off today. Ones again a Big Congraluation to Team Singapore and wish then good luck in the finals against korea. Which is a must watch match!! For more info on the match you can click here =]

I am back to blogging, went out with James, wenbin and Jiew Meng on Monday to buy formal shirt and got ourselves some great discount from G2000. Alot of the formal wears were at discount at $25 a piece =]. The original price of mine shirt was about $52+.

Then while we were choosing the formal wear we forgotten that we had brought the 4pm movie ticket and lucky Jiew Meng reminded us and we rush to the cinema to watch it. The movie we watched was The Dark Knight (Batman) and it was really an Action Packed movie!!!

Full of fighting scene and a really great movie overall. I give it 3.9 stars =] upon 5. The movie featured Batman and The Joker as with every Batman movie. I have to say the Joker is a really smart guy who knows the human minds and he would say stuff and do stuff that challenge the human psychology and you have to catch the movie to find out how smart he is. But there is always batman to stop him as always =]

Then on wednesday, went to gym together with James and really had a good workout then. After that we both went to have our late lunch at AMK Hub.

As always I have been playing my psp games and recently been playing a new game called Grand Theft Auto. Sounds Familiar ? Yeah is a popular game and you can like get into people cars and drive them around and get on a fight with the people and of course there is always the police and you have to get away before you get Busted! Anyway there is alot of mission to be played and its really an interesting game =]

A New Shop & A New Game

Hi all,

I am back to blog ones again! Today going talk about the New 77th street store and the new Asiasoft game called "RichmanSea"

Recently, i received this newsletter from 77th street since due to being a member of their shop. They are having a new store near town, here is a poster by them=]

So can you figure out where is the exact location of the store? Yeah! its non other then orchard road lol. Heard from my friends. Anyway if you guys are free can go down to orchard road to checkout the store=] I am sure they have some great Clothing and Accessories in store for you guys=]

Next i would talk about this new game by asiasoft called "RichmanSea". Its a simulation game which is similar to Monopoly. The gameplay is very similar to monopoly but BETTER lol. Its has alot of cool features like having spirits and gods around the map? Etc the Gnome God and the Prosperity God. Stepping on the Gnome God will give you land and stepping on the Prosperity God(Cai Shen) Will give you $$. Cool issit it? Beside that there are Lottary(TOTO) which can be brought in the game when you step on the lottary shop in the map. There is also stocks that you can buy and of course shop that sells cards. In the game, you can use these cards to you advantage if you know what you are doing=] For instance there is Card that can summon gods to bless you and of cause cards that cause distruption to your opponenet building. Eg the atomic bomb card.

That about all for the game summary for RichmanSea. What really interesting is the different characters that you can choose. They will say chinese words too. If you guys are interested do visit the offical RichmanSea website. You have to play it to experience it=]. They are now giving free close beta codes so its easy for anyone to play and the client is not so big in size either.

2 Common Test in 1 day

Hi all,

Woot!! Feeling super high now, just finished 2 common test paper, namely communication skill 2 and IT service development and deployment in 1 day! Luckily i survived both of them lol. Thought would be dead by now but yeah i Survived!!

Been a busy week since i have 2 paper on the same day. Remember last time in secondary school it is quite common to have 2 paper on the same day but for poly mostly there is only 1 paper per day. Come to think of it, having 2 paper in 1 day has is benefits as you would not have to worry for another day or 2 to seat for another paper and you can haven your holidays earlier.
Basically that is the last 2 common test paper for my poly studies! Next comes the exam which is like about 2 weeks away. As for now its my self proclaim holiday starting from today!!!

Currently downloading the game called "RichmanSea" a new asiasoft game and i was invited to be an open beta tester. So i just try the game awhile and see how ba. I have read though the website and the game is sort of like a monopoly game but with more features in it. Not sure wheather its nice anot, wait till i try it tonite and you guys can ask me about it if you are interested to play a new game =]
Currenly charing my psp too! Tonite shall also play the new character i unlocked yesterday, Kisami and Itachi!! Can't wait to try out their skill. Anyway hope you guys would enjoy your holidays too!!

Another Weekend

Hi guys,
Roger is back! Wah time flies real fast, finished my Mock Interview on thursday and its was a memorable one. Learned quite alot from it and hopefully I would be better prepared for a reallife interview =] Anyway took picture with my comm skill lecture and the whole class. She is really a great comm skill lecturer and she would not get angry at us although sometimes we do stuff to make her angry. She would call us her "Darling" students as always lol. Basically she taugh us out of the textbook knowledge and hopefully it would aids us when we go out to work=]
Quite miss her comm skill lesson and her life stories that she would share with us during every comm skill lesson=]. She would always make us laugh and learn along the way with her life stories. Basically her lesson is really interesting as she would share her life stories and relate back to the communication skill lesson. This not onli make us remember the concept and also keep it in mind as its a memorable with the life stories.

After the comm skill mock interview really felt relax!! Got something off my back ler lol. Anyway common test just left 2 paper!! Communication skill and IT Service Developement and Deployment and both fall on the same day. Wednesday!! Omg sia! Just 30 mins break then is IT Service Development paper ler!! Feeling quite stress up ler long time nv have 2 paper in 1 go. But recalling back during O-Level it is not uncommon to have 2 paper on the same day! So hopefully can handle it this time ba=]

Recently been playing the Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 lol. Lended James play that time i think he sort of addicted to it ler lol. Wait till i let him play the Transformer one which i just got hold of lol. Anyway also played my favourite Final Fantasy Core Crisis on PSP. Really enjoyed the game due to its storyline and gameplay. But the mission some is really long and every step i go will encounter a battle. >.< hope ="]">

Interview!!

Hi guys,
I am back =]. Today just took my common Test paper for Java. Question quite tricky for some and also alot stuff to write sia >.<. Anyway hope can do well ba. What is sort of fear is tomorrow interview!!
Talking about interview. Had you guys went for a reallife job interview? In those big companies perhapes? It really scary come to think of it. Sitting infront of a table with a panel of interviewers staring at u waiting for your response. One mistake and you may not get your dream job =].
Let come back to the main topic. Basically tomorrow having this interview in school and we have to be the interviewers and the interviewees also for another group. Its so called a mock interview to prepare us for a reallife interview ba=] Anyway just that its a good experience and learn some useful stuff from tomorrow mock interview ba=]
Currently relaxing and listening to some music=] As people say no music no life=] So must listen more music ler!! Lol.

VollyBall, Soccer

Hi all Bloggers,
Here to blog again. I have been watching this Ch 8 drama called "Qui Ai Da Zhan". Basically its is a drama revolving around VollyBall where the gals try to compete against each other in a vollyBall match and each match get more and more exciting. There is of course love and relationship along the way. Much like any tawain Drama.
After watching this show feel like play vollyball again and of course soccer lol. Remembered the good old days in secondary school playing vollyball for PE lesson and of course soccer.
As for those who haven watch the show, maybe you guys should watch it if you have the time. The last 5 episopes would be shown on Ch 8 daily 9 to 10 pm.
Btw i seldom watch Ch 8 drama and this is the show that caught my attention. So maybe you guys should try watching it too=]

Its weekend again! Today is sunday and been busy trying to study for ITSM quiz. Whole book and 40 question quiz!!! Wah sianx! Btw if you guys din know the quiz que is those with either chim english or tricky question. >.<
Oh ya wanted to go out with james and weixiong they all want then din't go cause din't see weixiong online lol. Anyway hope to have more outing soon=]. Time to relax ourself before the Attachement/ FYP Start.
Anyway just felt that time flies really fast. Hope Attachement and FYP would be a fun and memorable one=]
Beside studying i have also starting play back Final Fantasy Core Crisis =] This game really rocks!! For those with PSP I highly recommend you guys to play it =]. If you want a game review do browse my previous post about Final Fantasy Core Crisis. I did a game Review on it=]

I am back to do my game review. Sorry that i said will do a game review then till now then do. Been busy lately with projects and stuff. Anyway today gtg to a review on this Naruto Game on psp instead of wild arms since my blog also featuring naruto and Naruto Roxs!!

Game Name: Naruto ultimate ninja heroes 2: The Phantom Fortress

Rating: 3.7/5

Game overview: A RPG Come Action game and consist of some mini game like Shadow,Tree,Clone,Quiz. Of course there is always 1 on 1 Battle taking place now and then during the game.

Good: Storyline continues part by part while playing story mode
Different Mini Games with increasing diffculties
Bad: The Mini Games is too little and need to keep repeating playing them
to get to the top of the tower.

Story Mode(The Mugenjo)
The most interesting part about Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 is this story mode i think. Basically you have to climb up to the top of this tower(1oo stories, correct me if i am wrong thx). Each floor require you to complete the map where you can summon different mini games

while climbing up the tower. To summon the mini games, you would have to use the scroll which are randomly generated.

Basically after climbing to certain floors of the tower. You would be able to see DR room where the storyies continues( So called Drama Rooms). So to watch the complete story and get to know what happen you would have to complete the whole story mode which is like 100 floors!!

Battle Mode
As I have said just now, the battle mode is 1 Vs 1 where you can select a heros in your party to vs the bad guys. During the game you can collect power up items, recovery items and items to throw at enermy.
I have embeded a video featuring a battle scene between Kakashi & Kisame so hope you guys will like it =]

Mini Games

Next, let me talk about the different mini games that are avaible in the Story mode of the game.

If i am not mistaken there are a total of 5 mini games as listed.

1) Shadow
Description: Shikamaru summons his shadow possession Jutsu and Naruto would have to copy his move. Basically the trick to to memorise the Keys that is displayed and repeat the keys, Something like Audition and 02jam but using the Triangle,Square,Ciricle and cross button instead of up down left right arrows key.

2)Tree
Description: Naruto had to climb up the tall tree and collect speed up items along the way. The trick is to avoid knocking into the tree brunches and collect as many speed up items as possible along the way.

3)Slot
Description: This game is simple to play and easy to understand. It is bascially Jackpot. Not much trick here just pure luck i guess

4)Clone
Description: There would be 3 clones and they would swap position and you would have to guess which one is the real one. The trick is of cause sharp eye sight and STAY FOCUS lol.

5)Quiz
Description: There would be 3 Question related to Naruto anime series. You would have to select the correct answer out of the 3 choices given. MCQ questions. The trick is of course is to watch Naruto and know the movie well.

Time really flies, thinking back almost 1 semesters is going to be over and then need go FYP or attachement ler. Wah fast sia! Anyway going have Nappa next week. Hope can pass!! Going train with james they all this Saturday in school.
Recently been playing Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2. Maybe i will write a Game review on it, but sort of lazy lol. Anyway the game really rocks!! Lol.

MSN Messenger Problem

Hi, bloggers!

Back to blog. Recently having this problem where i cannot connect to msn. It happened this friday when i came back from school and try to online msn. At first i thought its MSN service down. But i went to check the MSN status it is online. So i tried to search for the error code that was given when MSN gt error.

To my surpized it not msn itself that have error.... It due to the fact that my Date and Time cannot be synchronized with the internet time server. Below is the screenshot

Basically when i click on the Update now button it cannot update. It will give mi an error saying "The RPC Server is curently unavailable" Then i goggle for the solution and people said that the Time server is not on. So i went to the Administrative tool and on the Time Server. I thought that would solve the problem but whenever i on it and click on the Update now button on the Date and Time, the window Time server would automatically be stopped.

I spend quite alot time this weekend trying to find solution to this problem because if the Time is not synchronized with the Internet Time. There would be alot errors when i go to the internet. It will give mi error saying the Certificate is not validated, which is cause by an unsynchronized time and date.

Today, i was finding solution to the problem and finally i manage to find a Hotfix to the problem!!

Yeah Hotfix!!! That is what they teach in school lol. Finally some useful stuff. For those who didn't know what is a hotfix, it is something like a patch to a problem. On the other hand, a Serivce Pack is a combination of hotfix that has been tested eg the Window Service Pack 2.

Yeah!! Finally can online msn ler lol. Anyway that all of the blogging today, Sry i cannot come out with the wild arms review due to the fact that i haven gather the required resource lol. Anyway ytd play wild Arm till 1am=] Still cannot defend that boss sianx! Ok That all the blogging for today, see you guys soon =]

A week of Stress, Common Test, JavaJive

Hi guys,
Currently in school now blogging. Its has been almost a week since i last blogged. Time really flies. Anyway hope that you guys did not miss me >.<

Its has been a week of battle of stress and time management for me and many of my peeps as well i presume. Common test week is always very stressful with lots to study and somemore I have like 5 projects to handle including the Javajive compeition. Talking about the Javajive competition, its a total disppointment >.<. Firstly, my team had not enough time for the demo of our system and also the judges had misunderstood our system too! All the months of hard work has gone into drain!! Haiz... If given a second chance for the QnA Session it would be different ba.

Beside the Javajive competition which had already given me a bad experience >.<>.<

Me and alot of my friends is having lack of sleep.. Especially this week, so hope that can get enough sleep from today onwards ba. Still gt 5 projects + 2 presentation to settle. Hope can finish everything soon and hand them up =].

Recently, had been playing a game called wild arms on PSP. Its actually a very strategic game i had to say. I like the game as its requires some planning to acheieve the quest and missions. If i have the time i will try do a game review on this game soon=]. Do stay tune!

I am back to blog =] Today is quite a moody day, dunno why sia but felt moody. Anyway today is wednesday and i received this scholarship thing called "The World of TrialBlazer" Its about the Public sector Scholarship & Careers Fair. Sounds interesting right! Anyway i am invited to go to the exhibitions and talk at Orchard Hotel. Anyone of you got the invitation too? If you got it do pm me cause i finding people go with me lol. PC Show @ Suntec

Hi all,
I am here to blog again!! Today went to PC show @ suntec city, There is 2 level dedicated to IT show. Its veri big IT show i have to say. The crowd is alot veri big. "Ren Shan Ren Hai ah!" People Mountain People River ( Meaning alot people)

Meet James and EC at suntec city and then we went to PC Show together. What the crowd is really alot. We cannot even get into the Convention hall and need wait and squeesh like dunno what.

Anyway after some time of squeeshing and pushing and walking, we got into the PC show exibition hall. There is REALLY ALOT of stuff to buy sia!! FROM Laptops to Desktops to Mp3. One of the most POPULAR Product is of course the PRINTER!!! Everywhere can see people Selling PRINTERS and people carrying PRINTERS!! Dunno y sia.

I brought a 14.1 inch Widescreen laptop cover for my laptop and EC brought a 4GB Thumbdrive while James brought both a 4GB thumbdrive and a creative ear piece. I think we got a good bargin.

Anyway after buying our stuff we wanna meet Hui Zhong de but he is at the other level and its just too crowded there and so we didn't go meet him but go eat at the food court ler since i haven eat lunch and ec also feeling abit hungry.

After lunch we walk to city hall mrt and went home ler. Anyway i think gtg to PC show also is not just abt buying new stuff but also to see the latest technology. =]

Training For Nappfa!

Hi Guys,
Back to blogging ler! Today went to school to Jog, then relized that the path we took was wrong and the gate was closed, so had to press the microphone and talk to the security. Then he say push push then we thought push simi lol then relized is push the gate as it is unlock lol.

Saw some students having camps in school. Not surprizing la since its holiday. Anyway went to jog 6 rounds around the stadium(2.4km). Can feel that stamina had improve abit due to the weekly training I had with wenbin. james and wee kiang.

After jogging we set down and talk about dota lol. Talk talk till around 630pm then go home. We had alot to share on our dota experience lol and i think almost every teenager had played or heard of dota before ba.

After that we went to cheers to get some bread to eat before heading back home. Was feeling quite tired after the jog but it worth it ba since stamina had increase.

Kbox @ Suntec Outing + An incident

Hey Bloggers,
Back to blogging ones again, its been a fun, exciting and tiring day for me today. Went out with james, wei xiong, and ec to Suntec Kbox for some Kboxing lol.
We met at city hall at around noon and went straight to marina to have our lunch. After lunch we walk to suntec and james ec and wei xiong went to Watson to get some drinks. I took off my spectacles around that time cause tired of wearing it and just put in in my pocket. After buying the drinks we took the escalator up to marina Kbox. When we were on top of the escalator i decided to wear my spec back again and dig my hand into my pocket. I was shocked to relized that my spec was no longer in my pocket. I search ones more in my pocket as well as my bag but my spec was nowhere to be found.
James, wei xiong and ec follow mi back to Watson to find my spec but its was already not there. I thought that maybe someone had took it already and search my bag ones more and was sort of sadded. Then I went and make a report to the service counter that i lost my spec and left my contact no. there
After the incident, we went to Kbox @ suntec and sang from 2 to 7. We had alot of fun singing and sang alot songs =] & of course ate alot tibets too lol.
At around 5 + i received a call from the Service desk agent tell me that my spec was found and after my kbox session at 7 I went and picked up my spec. I asked the service desk lady who had returned my spec and she told mi that its was a chinese women who left without saying her name. Luckyily the service agent lady had thx her for me and i thx the service agent lady in return too. Well i just relized that singaporean are quite kind and will return stuff not belonging to them. Anyway i am really thankful to this chinese lady for returning my spec to the service counter. If you are reading this i would like to say a BIG "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart. If its not for u i would have to get a scolding and spend another $100++ on a new pair of specs. I would also like to thank james, ec and wei xiong for accompanying my back to Watson to find my spec=].

Another Day of Training for Napfa

Today went to train for napfa in NYP with James, Wenbin and wee kian, its was raining so we just do the stations in Blk A indoors. When i came i saw people playing games there. Think they are having some camps ba. Holidays alot camps de.
Anyway, went to do the stations like standing broad jump, situp, pullup. shutle run and sit and reach. Today dunno y like feeling weird, then cannot really do the pull up. Feel like lack of energy. Maybe lack of sleep ba cause cabal till quite late ytd.
Then after training we go cheers buy bread eat. The bread althought cost $1.70 taste good=] Then after eating the bread we went home ler.

Another Tiring Day

Hi all,
Back to blog ones again, wah today is a super tiring day, woke up around 9am in the morning then rush to school for SSN camp recruitment.
When i reached school I helped Yi su our SSN president to setup the booth and of cause it was a tiring as need to carry tables and chair. The trolly didn't really help i rather carry with my hands sia.
Then after setting up aaron and the others joined us and was helping at the booth till 2pm. After that went to meet my friends and at about 6 i rushed to school for the meeting for Javajive. The meeting lasted till 9. or issit 8.45pm to be exact.
Anyway its a super tiring day for me ah!!!! Hope can win something for the javajive ba =] After all the hard works and numerous meetings every week.

Now for some updates on SSN Camp. SSN which stands for Student Support Network is a student body promoting the welfare of MIT and ECC students. We organised various school activities such as a charity trip to Ren Ci hospital and an overseas community service to Cambodia. SSN recruits only the best students in the ECC and MIT cohorts to groom them into well-rounded individuals who can become leaders in their respective courses.

SSN is Organisation a leadership Camp for all SEG and MIT year 2 Students From 4th July to 7 July 2008. Our Booth will be opened From this Wed to Fri (4 to 6 June) and is located outside South Carteen ( Blk P). Hope that you guys will come join us for the camp and for more info do visit our Booth=]. If you have any freshie u can also ask them to join =]

I think most of you have notice that my blog has some changes .

However one of the main feature of Final Fantasy Crisis Core is its DWM(Digital Mind Wave) system which allow the characters to perform a LIMIT BREAK. However its happen randomly during battle during the 'Modulation Phase'.

KBox Outing

Bak to Blogging ones again. Yesterday went out with Ee chyang, Weixiong and James to Kbox in suntec. Woot is was really fun man.
We met around 1pm at city hall mrt and then went to have our dinner at Marina Food court. I ate the Sweet and spicy Fish Set. Its taste really good sia!!! Better then last time. I think its because the fish was more crisy and also cause of the chilling sauce. Can't wait to taste it again!!
After lunch, we went to the arcade at Marina. Played the Shooting game and the gun shake like not bodies business lol. But the feeling is super cool!! Feel as thought really is using a machine gun. Then Ee chyang and james went to play the aeroplane game. Lol the plane really can shake sia, looks cool!! Next, me and james went to play the wacking game. Wack the buttons want la, i dunno the game call what name but it was SUPER FUN AND FUNNY lol. Remember got one is the dancing part, need listen the music then press. Then when u hit the hair will grow de lol.
After playing arcade, its around 1.35 pm. so we took our time and walk to kbox. At 2pm, we went into kbox and gt a room. Sang quite a few songs and also played poker with james. Enjoyed myself alot there. Hope your guys enjoyed urself too=] Oh ya!! Forgotten to tell u guys about the free mug each of us got. Actually i think they charge us for the mug de la. Well, basically we were told that we can order the new year drink and then we get to keep the mug. So we thought since its FREE why not take it lol. Anyway the four of us went home carry our new mug lol and the design not bad la, but abit heavy though.

New Blog Skin!!!

Roger's Domain is back ones again!!!. Finally designed finish my own blogskin ler. This design basically revolves around water and its sort of a refreshing feeling =].
Basically it took me about 2 nights or so to design this skin and it is alot nicer then the last blogskin i guess lol. Do tag me to give your comments =]. Finally got my own blogskin lol and also feeling quite satified after finishing designing it. Took quite some pain editing the fonts colors and background colors.
I also haved changed the background music to a english song : Cry on my shoulders . The song is sang by 2 german artist. Dunno why but i sort of like this song. Maybe because it is smoothing and listening to it i feel very relax ba.
Times really flies. Xmas is just around the corner and holidays are ending soon. Hope that you guys are enjoying your holidays and also Wishing you guys a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year. Cheers!

SSN Camp and updates

Hi people, finally finally i am here to blog again. It has been quite long since i last blog, sorry for not blogging for so so long cause i am really really busy with my school work and stuffs like WSS and SSN. Talking about SSN i went to the SSN camp yesterday, is was quite fun. Basically we were divided into groups and there were 4 groups and we played the stations games which took about 1 hr per station or 1 hr and a half hr(can't really remember) but wad i know is my group and i really enjoy ourself in the game. It i sort of like an amzing race around NYP. We were given clues of the Excos and some description like "Sexy Legs" and we have to find the Excos and then play the games they had for us.
The first station my team played was really fun as we got some tricks up our sleeve to playing the game. There was 3 parts to the station. Firstly we played the first game which is to arrange ourself around a circle and sit according to the color of the poker cards that were on our head. then we were told to arrange ourself the smallest to biggest card . Basically we didn't do well at the beginning as we were not allow to talk to each other, we have to use body movement to guide each other to the right position. Then one of our teammates came out with the idea of using reflection to see the cards. The Excos only say cannot talk, and see the card , therefore we use the reflection of our HP/ watch and saw the cards( not directly see so its ok ) and we beat the rest of the team in the game.

Rainy Day, Traffic Jam, LAte!!!

I was not planning to blog today as i am quite busy today and also sleepy, haiz! But i came online to blog anyway as i really was angry today about something... Read on to find out more....
Basically i woke up at 7.15am, which is quite early as i usually wake up at 7.30am as my lesson only begins at 9am. Since i need some time to travel, around 30 mins i had to wake up earlier. Today was a rainy day, when i woke up, it was raining cats and dogs outside my house, i could feel how strong the wind was when i open my house's door. The Cold wind blew Strongly, the rain was heavy, "its was so nice to sleep" i thought..., but damn! need wake up for school so early.
Brush Teeth, eat breakfast, bath and off to school i went...
OK, the part that ANGERED mi starts here, i had to wait for the bus which was like quite late today, well i was not angry here, since i understand that it was raining and the bus might be late. However, the bus came after all and i took the bus, which was bus no, 85 to Katib to transfer train to Yio Chu Kang. Well i was really ANGRY!!! for the fact that i was STRUCK in the bus for a mere 1 HR!!!! The traffic jam was very serious as u guys can pictured yourself being stuck for 1hr in a bus which should only take at most 40 mins to reach Katib since it only stops at a few station.
Well, i think you guys can understand how i feel if u guys had been stuck in a traffic jam before and u was rushing to reach school on time. It was sort a anxious, impatient, dunno what to do feeling. Well i was totally late for lesson which should begin at 9am. But by the time i reach kabtib, it was already 9.03am. I told myself that i confirm won't make to school to time as we had only 10 mins after 9am to scan our admin cards. So i decided to walk to sch in a normal speed and not rush there, since i am already late.
As expected, when i reach the LT, the lesson had already started, luckily for me, after the lesson, the lecturer was kind enough to ask us if anyone had not tap our card, he told us to sign on the name list and he would update the attendance for us manually. How lucky i was...
Well i will stop blogging for today, going to sleep soon as tomorrow is another long day and had to wake up early tomorrow also, see you guys soon.

Well, since i have no content to post for today, i will post some stuff most teenagers do during their free time, free time as in during their holiday, weekend or when having a long break during lesson.
Basically, more teenagers would most probably do a few stuffs during their free time, namely.

Shopping (mainly for gals, but guys do shop too)

Studying(Mainly when Common Test and Exams are near)
Blogging( That is what i am doing right now)
Catching a Movie at the Cinema

Doing nothing( AKA stone-ing)
Day Dreaming( I like to do this lol)

And the list goes on .......

Well what i want to say is, most teenagers nowadays(including myself) like to spend time doing the activites i mentions above, however i think that we could do something more meaning etc

Attending CCA Activities( keeping fit/helping others/earning CCA points)
Exercising(Keep us fit/healthy,increase Adrenalin production)
Doing Community Involvement Work(CIP) (Help others in need/ giving back to society)
Picking up a new skill (Really helpful when finding a job)
Cleaning up your house(Keep your house tidy and free to dirt)
Going for camps(Learning leadership skills, making more friends)

Leature,Labs,tutorial, PROJECT!!!

Well, today is Tuesday and i usually don't post on weekdays as i am quite busy, but today since i am free and i feel like blogging so came online to post.
Basically, today is just like any other weekday, Lecture, labs, and tutorial are the typical stuffs NYP students attend. Firstly was the Stupid Electronic Communication. Haiz We IT student ler! why need learn electronic, if i knew got electronic i would rather choose IT instead as my course as i am sort of in favour to Programming. Well i was abit late, arrived at about 9.10am instead of 9am, well being late was very normal as there were others who came later then me. We had 2 hours of Electronic Communication today. First hour spend in ELP to do self-revision, second hours was the quiz. Haiz should have gotten 17/20 de, then hand itchy go listen to friend n put wrong answer. Haiz.. never la just 5% dun worry wx, next time just double confirm before telling me the answer.
Next was lunchtime, well 11am was sort of early for lunch, but we also ate as we have no time for lunch afterwards. After lunching at south canteen, we went straight to Lectures theatre for Computing Math, we were about 30 mins earlier!!! sian. Stay there till Miss Soh came listening to James n Wei Xiong cracking jokes. Well was quite entertaining but too racies.
After 1 hr of boring Computing Math lesson came the interesting Web Portal Development Project module. We were given our PROJECT as soon as the lesson start. SHOICK AH!!! The project was to redesign a website given to us according to our register no. and i got a website which was quite easy to redesign as it lack a lot of web elements. After which was Web Design and Development Lab lesson. Cool! Its was so fun as we were told to complete our dreamweaver project which we had already finish, but i didn't bring the softcopy so i just continue from last week. Its was really fun as we were chatting and doing at the same time. After which the leacturer check our work and we were free to do our stuff( as no other instruction was given) haha.
Lastly was the Computing Math Tutorial Lesson. We were lucky as we had no lesson, we just need hand in the assignment 1 to Miss Soh and can go home liao. Went to FJ to eat as it would be closing on 28 April Haiz... Wonder y its closing, its business was quite good wad. Well hope a NEW and BIGGER food court would replace it. Well, i going sleep ler since i am still abit sick, see u guys soon. Bye.

A Normal Sunday

Hey people, back to blog ones again, but only this time blogging while having a sore throat and a also having a cold. Think i going to be sick soon. Ahhhh Choo!!!. Well hope i would not be running a fever tomorrow after drinking the herbal tea my mum prepared for mi.
Today not much event happened, well just went online and do my dreamweaver lab sheet while also playing with dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is really a powerful software and save us a lot of time and effort in designing our webpage instead of typing the code. Its really impressive that the software can write so much codes for us and all we have to do is select some option and drag n drop some pictures and text.
After doing the dreamweaver lab sheet, i decided to re-design my blog since i am quite free, so i edited my old blogskin and make some adjustment to them so that it would look much refreshing and i have also changed the background music to my favourite Naruto 4th opening fighting dreamers. Started to like this song after my friend introduce to me, although i hated the song when i first listened to it and i also didn't know why i hated it. But after hearing the song for a few times i started to like it a lot.
Ok i will stop blogging for today, really have to get some rest or i would be runner a fever soon. Well although i took a few naps in the afternoon, i still feel sleepy, i think i should sleep early ba. ok see u guys soon.

PC Recovery And Study Table Cleanup

Back to blogging ones again. Time check now is 5.13pm and i am free right now so came to blog. Yesterday my computer could not be boot up and had to do a PC Recovery. I was planning to do a disk cleanup for my laptop then suddenly the whole laptop crush, i waited for quite awhile then decided to restart it by turning off the power, as i had no other choice. Then after restarting i found out that i could not power up the Window Xp and had to do a PC Recovery.
For those who didn't know what is PC Recovery, it means the Computer will copy all ur data from ur previous setting but the programs installed will be disable and u have to reinstall all the programs from CD.
So after the PC Backup all my files which took about 50 mins, then Window Xp had to load which took about 10mins. Total it took about 1 Hr for my labtop to be usable again. Haiz.. Well after gaining back control of my laptop, i reinstalled all my programs like Photoshop and Messenger. Finally when i am done with the installation it was like 11.30pm . Then i went sleep ler.
Today, it was a brand new day. Firstly it was the start of the first day of school for most students going to poly. Lucky for me and my class, we had no lesson for today and we can stay at home to relax for one more day. In the afternoon after eating my lunch, i saw the messy study table and told myself, "Roger! Its time to do some cleaning up." So, i tidied up my study table and throw away those useless papers and stuffs. Finally after spending about less then half an hour of clearing up, my study table was more neat n tidy.

Kbox Outing WIth Friends At Marina

Hi guys, here to blog again. Went to kboxing with my friends namely, James, Ee chyang, and Wei Xiong aka "printer" on Friday in Marina. Its was really a great outing i have to say, especially when the we sing we edit the songs with the word "printer","cai shen" etc. Those who went should know what i meant.
We met around 12.30pm at city hall MRT station. I reached at about 12.15pm then i stand at the right hand side of the MRT station to wait for my friends. But after waiting for about 15 mins there was still no sign of them. So i decided to take a walk to the left side of the mrt station, and as predicted, Wei Xiong and Ee chang were already waiting there. There was really a lot people in city hall MRT and that is why we didn't notice each other. After awhile James also arrived at city hall MRT and we set off for lunch at Suntec.
After having our lunch, we walked to marina while letting the food in our stomach to digest and also do some window shopping. However, when we arrived at the Kbox at Marina Square, it was only 1.45pm and we have to wait till 2pm to enter kbox. So, we decided to do some more window shopping and also went into the arcade near Kbox, although we didn't play any games there as there was not enough time.
At 2pm we entered Kbox and sang till 5.30pm. Our session should end at around 7pm but we were told that there we not enough rooms for others and were told to leave at 5.30pm as we were on student package.
After leaving kbox, we do more window shopping and saw a live demonstration of the new PS3 game in one of the shop. After which we went for our dinner at Marina Square before saying Goodbye to each other.

A Cat Incident In my House And 0705 Outing At Bugis

Well, today was an original day and i would be going to meet my Freshmen for an Outing later at Bugis. I opened my house front door and windows. Then, i went online to play Pirate King online when i suddenly heard a loud "MEOW!" . I thought it was the neighbour's cat being frightened and did not care much. Not long after hearing the loud "MEOW", my other neighbour knocked on my house's door and told mi that a cat had run into my house. I searched everywhere for the cat and even "Meow" to make the cat come out, but i did not hear nor see any sign of the cat. I thought the cat must have run off already so i continue playing my game and not long after went to bath and went out to meet my Freshmen.
At about noon, my mum called and i told her that there may be a cat in the house, i told her to be careful as she was scare or cat.
I met Pei Yi at Serangoon and Nicholas met us on the train and we went to Bugis together to meet the rest of the class. After meeting the class, all of us went to have lunch at Food Junction in Bugis and then went for pool near Bugis.
We played for around 3Hrs ++ and then went to play arcade at Bugis junction. After having fun at the arcade, we went to PastaMania for dinner and went back to the arcade at Bugis till about 6.30pm when all of us went home.
When i reached home, my mum told mi then when she came home she saw the cat sleeping soundly on the living room sofa, she had a hard time chasing it out and the cat was quite fierce. Luckily it did not bite as a cat could bite if angered. Its was really a unique incident as i did not expect a cat would come into my house. I would stop Blogging for today, see u guys soon.

S.I.T Freshmen Orientation 2007/08

Hi guys, i will be blogging about the actual 4 days Freshmen Orientation now. On the first day of the orientation, i woke up at 6 am in the morning as there was rehearsals for the seniors performance at 7am. I was really sleepy but forced myself to wake up as today is the actual day of the performance and also the start of the first day of the Freshmen Orientation.
The seniors performance went on really smoothly and i think most people enjoyed it through the laughter we heard from backstage. After all the talks and senior performance, its time for us to meet our class. I was really excited to meet my new class but i was sort late to meet them as i have to help out in the backstage after the show.
When i first met my class, i can feel that there were alot of "ICE" to be broken and alot of bonding to be done. Firstly we started off with the different Ice Breaking Games to break the "ICE" of the freshmen and also let them know more about their class. After the games, i was glad to see that there were some freshmen starting to talk to each other already. although there were more "ice" to be broken .
On the 2nd day or orientation. i could see the freshmen exchanging contact no.s with each other, which was a good sign, as they are beginning to know each other. The freshmen were brought to see their PEM(Personal Mentor) in the morning.
I was happy to see that the class likes their PEM and also bonded with their PEMs althought there were no time for the games with their PEM. After lunch the freshmen played the Campus Revolution game which i personally think bonded the class 2gt too as i can see more people talking with each other now.
During the 3rd day of orientation, my class was having lesser people as some of them were sick while others did not came for the orientation, i was quite sad but at the diploma games with those freshmen that came, i can see that they had really bonded 2gt as they really had fun with the games we played with them like Mr.Mayor and its could be.
At the last day of orientation, the class was really bonded 2gt as you can see them talking to each other like they know each other for a long time. I was also happy to know that the orientation had really bonded the class 2gt and the freshmen had enjoyed themselves during the orientation.
Finally, i would like to thx my class for being so spontaneous when playing the games and also being so friendly with us OGLs and the class is none other then MIT0705. Last but not least, i would like to say that MIT0705 really had fun with u guys during the orientation and remember to stay bonded as a class and we OGLs really enjoyed being with u guys during the orientation.

S.I.T Freshmen Orientation 2007/08 (Planning)

Hello fellow friends, finally back to blogging once again. I apologize to u guys for not updating for quite some time cause i am really busy with the Freshmen Orientation Planning. Today i will be talking about the Freshmen Orientation that ended on 5th April 2007. This is gonna be a long blog so here i go....
Its was a fine day when i received a call from nana our MIT treasurer informing mi to come for the Freshmen Orientation Planning. My friends also received the call and we decided to go help with the planning process.
On the first day when my friends and i reach NYP, we were told to go to Blk L level 5, which is the meeting area for us OGLs. The meeting was really something new to us cause my friend and i didn't attend Camp Eagle as do some of the other OGL. At the meeting, we saw IC reporting strengths and most OGL were jotting down the Strength. But my friends and i was there for the first day and didn't know wad to do. However, we were told to introduce ourselves during the meeting as we were new. We really felt welcomed by the friendly greetings of the other OGLs and ICs.
After the overall OGL meeting, there was the diploma meeting where we were welcomed by the MIT OGLs again and were told to introduce ourselves again. After the diploma meeting, we were told to go to the proposals team where we write proposals for the events that we had planned for the 4-days orientation.
At the proposal team was quite boring as we only wrote proposals, it was more like communication skill lesson to my friends and i. We wrote one of the proposals and not long after writing our first proposal, the ICs came and asked if anyone wan join Runners/Ninja. Basically Runners are to pass messenge to people during the performance when the needs arise and Ninja are to carry props, and set up mikes for the actors and performers. Therefore my friends and i decided to join As Runners and Ninjas since writing proposals were not our bowl of rice.
Personally, i joined the finale team as Runners and met alot of new friends like jason and Jennifer, thorough the process, i also learn that putting on a good performance is really not easy. Last of not least i also get to know what is happening at backstage during all the trial runs and rehearsals before the actual performance.

A Diffcult Decision

Today i would be sharing with you guys what happened yesterday. Basically i went for this interview in a Jap Restaurant in centre point. Me,Wei xiong, Ee chang and his friend, james met at orchard mrt control station at 12noon and we walked to centrepoint together. When we reached the shop, the workers were still renovating it and every thing seems not ready, then ee chyang called the boss to find out where she was but she did not picked up the call, then when i tried to call her again she picked up the call. Veri odd indeep. Well, that is all of the weird incident, then we were brought into the partially renovated shop and the boss told us to fill up the job application form on her's labtop, then i was the first one to get interviewed, Man! wad i nervous.
Ater interviewing all of us, we were told to stay back for a training at 2pm. During the training we learned about the Point of Sales(POS) system, it is basically a touch the screen to order system where we were taught by the programmer of the system how to tranfer the customers order to the system etc..
Finally after 50mins or so of training , we were finally nearing the end of the training session. The boss and supervisor told us about our unform, consisting of a polo tee. some special jap pants and white shoes. After telling us that we have to come back on thursday for food testing we left the shop.
Me james, ee chyang and his friend went to Cinelesiure for a drink and went back home. Wei xiong went home eariler after hearing we have a training.
Today, at about noon, one of the ogl called me and told me that there is an ogl training tmr, omg i also have an food testing to do tmr le , i am confused wheather to go for the food testing or the ogl training tmr.

Hi guys, here to blog ones again. today went to Bugis to buy new clothes, i have only one thing to say, Bugis is Damn CROWDED!!!!, I took the train to dhoby ghast and changed train to city hall then to bugis, the train from Dhoby Ghast to city Hall Plus The train from City hall to Bugis was Sooooooooo Crowded then i was being squash like a pancake in the train. Well that describe how crowded the train was.
Finally, i got off the train and went to Bugis to have my lunch first before starting to shop as my tummy was growling. After lunch, i went to Bugis street to shop for my clothings, saw some nice ones and brought two shirts at $15 for both.
After buying the 2 shirts i went shopping around Bugis street for awhile more, however i didn't buy anymore shirt although i saw some nice ones too. Instead i decided to go into Bugis junction to shop for some more clothing as Bugis street was too CROWEDED and HOT. So off to Bugis Junction i went.
At Bugis junction, i went to a few shops like Giordano and Adidas but didn't buy anything as the
shirts were not really nice and some were too expensive. Then i saw S&K having a 60%!! OFFER. COOL!! So i went in and brought 2 shirts for less then $20. Cheap Rite!!! Cause the shop is in a shopping mall and most shirts in shopping mall are around $20+ for one shirt.
After walking around the shops in Bugis Junction for awhile more, i decided to go to Bugis Street again to buy the shirts there and brought 4 shirts more at $15 for 2 shirts lol. So the 4 shirts cost mi $30. Well that's enough shopping for the day and after buying the clothing i took the train home.

Whooo... What a day today, went to kBox for 5HRS from 2pm to 7pm!!!!! sing Sing and SING!!!!! . Cai shen, squall, Mi and James went to Kbox at Suntec and was planning to sing our hearts out lol. Whahaha really had alot of fun singing and laughing and Singing the "printer song" lol Print Print Print. Example F.I.R de FlyAway.... Print Away lol, my friends should know wad i am talking about lol. Today really sang till sore throat and almost no voice liao lol. But overall everyone really enjoy themselves. Its cost each of us about $18.70 for the 5HRS of singing and fun, its was all worth the while as we really have alot of fun lol. Well, we should plan another Kbox outing next time eh. lol. Bai Nian At Miss Soh House

Hi, bak ones again to blog. Yesterday went to my secondary school teacher Miss Soh's house. to bai nian We brought oranges along too. We all met at 10.30am in hougang mall and head off to her house which was a few blocks away. We walk for about 10mins and finally reached her's house. We each greeting her with our 2 oranges and she welcomed us in. Her's mum and herself wad very friendly and welcomed us in and asked us to eat the new year goodies, her mum even went and fried some "nian guo" for us to eat, although not everyone of us ate it. Then Miss Soh sat down and chat with us about her new school and about the experience of herself being on tv for the show "I Not Stupid". We chat for around 1 hrs and headed home cause she and her mum need to go out at 12pm. That all for today. Bye

Today nothing much happened so, basicall i just play mu online for the whole afternoon and watch tv, slept till quite late also cause ytd quite late then slept. Then i went to packed my stuff also cause table quite messy, stored all those notes given in a corner cause i dun really nid them after the exam. In addition, i also thought of what to do during the holidays besides finding jobs.That about all ba i going sleep soon le bye

Class Gathering + Celebrate Form Teacher Birthday

I met my friend at about 3pm at orchard and we decided to go there earlier to buy birthday present for our form teacher. Wei Xiang was there already when i met him and tiff joined us not long after, we went to alot of clothing stores thinking of buying a shirt for our teacher but then decided not to as we didn't know what size she wear. Then we went to jewellery stores like Lee Hwa Jewellery to buy a necklack for our teacher, its was ok as we were spliting about 17 persons buy then later we didn't buy as the design were not nice. Xiang Ru join us too and we decided to went paragon to shop for jewellery but after seeing the price we walk out of the paragon. The minimum price of a necklack was 1k++ with some going as high as 10K!!!!! We went to PS after that to meet the rest of the class at 5.30pm and also to shop for our teacher's birthday present, but in the end we decided not to buy her a present as we cannot find a nice present, but instead we decided to treat her to dinner at Swensen. We all went to Swensen after meet Meiyu and the other gals at dhoby ghast control station, not forgetting some of the guys like weilong they all. We all waited patiently for our form teacher and was chatting about our school life and personal life , and of course looking at the menu to decide what food to order. There was a HUGE selection of food ranging for Pizza to Pasta to of Course ICE CREAM!!! Yummy. We each had decided what we wanted to order and then our Form teacher came, then we place our orders and continue to chit chat while waiting for the food to arrive. Well as for me i ate the pizza and its was great!! and then after we finish our meal, the waiter brought the birthday cake we had ordered for our form teacher and we sang birthday song for her. We sang SOOO LOUDDDD that ALL the peoples in the reataurant can hear us . Lol. After eating our dinner we went to one of my friend house to play cards, gamble abit also but luckly win abit also lol then went home at 10.30. Ok that all for today. Bye

Here To Blog Ones Again

Hi guys, sry have not been blogging, mainly because nothing much to say and quite busy also due to CNY and exams. Ok, so today i will blog about what happen for the past 1 week or so. Firstly, i had my reunion dinner eatting steamboat and my dad "chef" cookings, well only one word to describe his cooking "Splendid" lol and the steamboat was GREAT too!! I had a very filling dinner and was very Very full, after eating dinner my parents went to Chinatown but i did nt follow them as i did not like to be in the crowd lol . I stayed at home watching the Cny special show on Channel 8 till it ended at 12.30 and slept at 1am. Then on "Chu 2" went to bai nian and gamble abit at my grandma house since all my cousins are playing so i join them. Aiya wad can i say , no win no lose $$ lol . Ok enough of the CNY stuffs i think i will end here ba.

I have been quite busy the last 2 days but i am back here to blog ones again lol. Yesterday i went to compass point at night to buy my new year clothing, Man! it was ssooooo CROWDED!!!.
We took the LRT to compass point and the louya LRT stopped 3 times , dunno what happened like knock onto something then stop for awhile then its was on the tracks again. The expression on some of the people in the train was soooooo funny i saw one or two like so worried. Chill out man singapore Transport system not that bad la so no worries. As for me, i was thinking, so suay sia should't have taken this LRT could have wait a few more minutes.
When I arrived at compass point its was already about 8pm plus, the whole place was filled with people, after i arrived at the station. Its was people , people and more People! ok so i manage to get out of the crowd at the LRT station and went shop for my New Year Clothing.
I went and shopped for sometime and finally brought my new Levis gents, man its cost mi $69.90!!!(including GST) but its was well worth the money as the gents fit mi perfectlly and the cutting of the gents was great. Oh ya forgot to mention that i also brought 3 pairs of socks at $9.90 total its cost me about $80!!! well its ok la since new year is around the corner and will get hong bao soon. . Nothing much happened today, stayed at home and in the afternoon suddenly received an sms said gt ccna test tomorrow, 45 MCQ questions. I don't think u am going to attend the test tomorrow cause i had not revise for the test AT ALL!! Anyway Chinese New Year is coming , wish all of u guys have a Happy Chinese New year and i will be going to buy CNY goods later cause there are some CNY not yet to be brought including drinks and rice. I am blogging and watching Tv at the same time. Ok back to watch tv le . Bye!
